Cancellation If you find it necessary to cancel your registration, please notify us immediately and send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your cancellation is final after a confirmation by email from us.
1) Provided written notice is received by March 15, 2020 a full refund will be given, excluding a 10% administration fee.
2) Provided written notice is received by April 30, 2020 a 50% refund will be given, excluding a 10% administration fee.
3) For registrations cancelled after May 1, 2020 or for no-shows at the conference, no refund (100% cancellation charges) will be given.
